Shipping and Returns


Orders received and paid via Zelle, Venmo or Cash App, by 1pm ET Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day. eCheck and Mail in Payment orders are shipped after the check clears. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. At checkout you will have the option to select your preferred USPS or UPS shipping method. UPS Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.
Shipments usually arrive between 1-5 business days based on distance and shipping method selected, however we cannot guarantee when a shipment will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

At the time of shipment, you are automatically provided with a tracking number to be able to track the whereabouts of your package. If there is an issue with the order (delivery or otherwise), it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery (not 5 days, not a week later), no exceptions. If there is a product issue, a clear photo of the unopen item(s) with the shipping receipt as the background is required.

Please note: neither the carriers, nor us are responsible for theft after delivery. We will do our best with the carries to help in this matter.

If your USPS package is missing (delivered but not received), please fill out only Step 2: "Help Request Form", from the link below and provide us with the USPS incident number that will be provided to you.

Unused items and with tags attached can be returned or exchanged for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 15 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange the product. Once we receive your package and verify the returned item(s) meet the return criteria, we will credit the original form of payment for the full purchase price of your product, less any shipping charges. Items over 15 days or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items marked "Closeout Item" are final sale items and cannot be returned.

Solvent cleaners cannot be returned for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If your order is returned back to us, because the package was refused, there will be a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

If you took advantage of the "free shipping" promotion and refused delivery of your package, a 15% restocking fee + shipping fee will be assed and deducted from the refund.
If your package was retuned, because you provided the incorrect address, we will ship it to you again, provided that an additional shipping fee has been paid.
